A project to build the owned media for the launch of the sustainable fashion brand "O0u" (pronounced O-Zero-U). Under the lead of KESIKI, we handled marketing / owned media consulting, recommendations for UI / UX and implementation improvements, building the editorial team structure, designing KGI / KPIs and the operation scheme, and project management support.
