Global Communication Support

Connect brands and people
across the sea.

We design communication across countries and languages, for both outbound and inbound. We capture customer insights through overseas market research, turn them into marketing and PR initiatives, and carry them out. With "Sekai Writer X," in which we work with Japanese marketers and writers active around the world, we also handle local research and content production.

  1. Strength 01

Understand overseas customers with quantitative and qualitative research

We combine quantitative research, such as search data and competitor site analysis, with qualitative research such as interviews, to test hypotheses about overseas customers. In research for overseas users of a long-established textile brand, we handled everything from designing personas to identifying initiatives.

  2. Strength 02

Connect research to initiatives and execution

We do not stop at research. We organize initiatives by output, such as marketing, PR, websites, and content, and carry them out.

  3. Strength 03

Work with writers around the world

Through "Sekai Writer X," we work with Japanese marketers, writers, and bloggers active around the world to do locally rooted research and create content.

You want to reach overseas,
but do not know where to start.
