We are pleased to announce that Muneyoshi Kitani, an editor and social media consultant well versed in the automotive industry, has joined as a member. Alongside running type-e, Inc., which operates social media and owned media businesses, he is also active as an automotive editor and automotive columnist.

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1981. After graduating from Tokai University’s School of Engineering, where he studied power machinery engineering, he studied editing at Japan Journalist College and began his career as a freelance editor and writer in 2006. In addition to reporting and writing, editing, and direction work, he has been involved from the start in media operations and corporate branding, and from 2014 he began taking part in running social media such as Facebook and Twitter (now X). After founding type-e in March 2019, he has handled web and social media support for IT- and marketing-related companies, centered on his specialty, the automotive industry. He is also active as an automotive editor and automotive columnist.
